THE OPPORTUNITY
Lloyds Pharmacy asked the MDP to investigate customer behaviour in pharmacies and how best to communicate with customers.
The Challenge
The MDP team conducted both quantitative and qualitative market research across Ireland with over 400 pharmacy users to understand what drives consumer behaviour in pharmacies and how customers prefer to receive marketing communications.
The Result
The MDP presented their findings from both primary and secondary research on customer behaviour in pharmacies and gave recommendations on the best ways to communicate to their target audience which LloydsPharmacy can implement into their marketing campaigns.
